By accessing or using Lockzero ("the Service"), operated by Side By Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lockzero provides tools to help you manage, rotate, and monitor API keys and credentials. It works on top of AWS Secrets Manager and provides rotation workflows, rollback support, audit trails, and role-based access control for teams managing production secrets. Lockzero is a risk-reduction tool, not a guarantee of security.
While Lockzero provides monitoring and protection features, we do not guarantee:
You remain responsible for securing your credentials, monitoring your accounts, and responding to alerts.
You must create an account to use Lockzero. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lockzero.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Builder and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable plan rate and your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. Team plans include a 7-day free trial starting at $75/month (5 seats). You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the following month. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Founding customer pricing is locked in for as long as the subscription remains active.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The AUP sets out what you may and may not do with the proxy layer, credential management features, and AI gateway.
You retain ownership of all data you store or manage through Lockzero. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your secrets, configurations, or metadata. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side By Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@lockzero.io.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Side By Tech LLC is incorporated.
